Political scientist from the University of Marburg (Germany) with a Master’s degree in International Development from the University of Manchester (UK), and specializations in Economic Development from LSE (UK) and Public Policy from the University of Piura (Peru). Specialist in Latin American socioeconomic development processes, regional integration and migration; and youth, education and employment studies. Work experience in governmental institutions, private sector, multilateral organizations and civil society.
