Degree in Humanities with a major in Theoretical and Critical Studies from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP), studying for a Master’s Degree in Youth Studies at FLACSO-Argentina. Project Coordinator: Diversity and Inclusion at Equilibrium SDC, where she leads the research and information gathering processes for consultancies under the thematic axis of discrimination.

Extensive experience in management of socio-emotional development projects in the educational field, design and implementation of spaces for dialogue and participation, application of qualitative data collection tools, management of inter-institutional relations and interdisciplinary analysis in gender, youth and social development issues.
