Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. She currently works as Project Assistant – Peru at Equilibrium SDC, where she supports consulting projects related to migration, employability, corporate social responsibility, among others. He has also provided support in the collection and analysis of qualitative information, as well as in document review. She also has experience in volunteering with children and adolescents, the development of educational projects and in working with teachers and managers, within the framework of inclusive education.
