Economist from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). Currently, she is a Quantitative Research Consultant at Equilibrium SDC, where she is responsible for the formulation and implementation of research projects, as well as Data Quality Assurance and quantitative data analysis.

She has professional knowledge and experience in design, monitoring and impact evaluation of social programs, which includes data collection, processing, cleaning and analysis of databases. Likewise, his experience and knowledge has been complemented with the development of management and analysis of georeferenced data for territorial analysis, creation of maps in ArcGis and research in Territorial Development with a focus on gender and indigenous cultural relevance. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Anthropology at the PUCP.

Throughout her career she has worked as an Analyst and Research Associate at Innovations for Poverty Action, where she has worked mainly on issues such as gender violence in Peru, vulnerable populations in the context of gangs in Honduras and El Salvador, as well as on projects in support of education, such as the project for the design of monetary and/or non-monetary incentive interventions to mitigate the effects of COVID-19 in the framework of the Mesoamerican Education Initiative.

He has also worked with international organizations such as the World Bank and the IDB, NGOs associated with environmental conservation such as the Wildlife Conservation Society, as well as in consultancies for Ministries such as the MEF and PRODUCE.
