Manager of migration projects in Latin America and the Caribbean at Equilibrium SDC, where she is in charge of articulation processes with new actors as well as formulation, implementation and monitoring of the consulting firm’s projects in the field of human mobility.

Psychologist from Universidad El Bosque (Colombia) and Master In Social Policies and Community Action from Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona (UAB). She has experience in consulting from the Interagency Group on Mixed Migratory Flows (GIFMM-R4V) where she supported as part of the monitoring and evaluation team of the regional of Norte de Santander and Santander, and planning and systematization of experiences with various agencies of the United Nations system. As a researcher, she is interested in the intersectional analysis of the migration phenomenon and has worked in the production of publications such as “From mothers to teachers: The closing of schools and its impact on the labor opportunities of Venezuelan migrant and refugee women in Peru” and “Approximations to the Border: Gender-Based Violence”. She has been a university professor of research methodology and director of graduate work in social and community psychology.
