The outstanding professional career of Paloma Ruiz
Paloma Ruiz is a renowned expert in infrastructure for development, with 17 years of experience in high-impact projects in key sectors such as energy and transport. Her career has included roles in important multilateral institutions such as the Development Bank of Latin America (CAF), the World Bank and UNOPS, as well as in the private sector with companies such as INECO, OHL Concesiones (Aleatica) and Ferrovial.
Currently, Paloma is an independent director at COSAPI and advises various international development organizations and private companies on issues related to infrastructure for development.
Additionally, Paloma has a robust academic background, including a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Development Practice from Columbia University, New York, and a certification as an expert in climate finance and renewable energy from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.

His deep knowledge in implementing infrastructure projects in emerging contexts, coupled with his ability to understand and address the associated sociological challenges, creates a unique synergy.
